What Our Furnace (Oil and Gas) Tune-Up Includes*:
  • Inspect heat exchanger
  • Check blower and blower wheel
  • Test ignition and flame sensor
  • Lubricate all moving parts, as needed
  • Tighten electrical connection
  • Re-calibrate your thermostat
  • Check your belts and fans
  • Clean your air filter and intake grills
  • Check vents for blocks or leaks
  • Conduct a complete system safety inspection
What Our Boiler (Oil and Gas) Tune-Up Includes*:
  • Inspect, clean and adjust burner
  • Replace oil filter & pump strainer
  • Replace oil nozzle
  • Set combustion for optimal efficiency
  • Preform a safety inspection of your boiler, flue, venting and draft assembly
  • Check for CO leaks at boiler
  • Check all modes of thermostat operation
  • Check all boiler electrical components and electrical connections
  • Test domestic hot water temperatures
  • Re-calibrate your thermostat
